5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
We work hard to ensure your package arrives safely and on time, but sometimes issues may arise.
🔹 Wrong Address Entered: If you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
🔹 Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier. While we’re not responsible for stolen packages, we will assist as much as possible.
🔹 Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
